We are pleased to deliver 1500 kW MSB Glass Furnace Heat-Up Burner Systems to a glass corporation that has decided to establish its own in-house furnace heat-up capability.
Previously, the customer outsourced furnace heat-up services. By investing in its own heat-up systems, the company will now be able to perform future heat-up operations independently, providing greater flexibility, lower operating costs and faster project execution.
As the customer operates more than 10 glass plants across neighboring countries, these systems have been designed with a compact and fully mobile configuration. This enables the burner systems to be easily transported between different production sites whenever required, maximizing equipment utilization and reducing overall investment costs.
To meet the customer's specific requirements, our engineering team developed a compact and mobile burner system, with all combustion equipment integrated into a single transportable trolley for easy operation and transportation between plants
