π₯ Pre-Assembled Gas Trains for Realible Combustion Systems!
YETEN Combustion produces pre-assembled gas trains, designed in compliance with international standards, regulations and local gas distributor requirements.
βοΈ Weldings by Certified Welders
All weldings are made by our certified welders in accordance with ISO 9606-1 standard.
βοΈ Hydrostatic Test
Each gas train is pressure tested after welding to check any leakage.
βοΈ Non-Destructive Test (NDT)
Non-destructive tests such as radiographic test (RT) and penentrat test (PT) are applied to all weldings by a third party inspection company. Test results are reported and given to the customer together with x-ray films.
βοΈ Leakage Test and Pressure Setting
After the final assembly, all flanged and threaded connections are checked for any leakage. Regulator outlet pressure is set before shipment acc. to the gas inlet pressure.
