YETEN Combustion Organizes Applied Combustion Systems Seminar

YETEN Combustion has organized the 3rd Applied Combustion Systems Seminar together with the Turkish Steel Producers Association. Technical staff of the leading Turkish iron and steel producers have participated to this event. They have been informed about the advantages of high technology combustion systems such as low NOx emissions, fuel saving, reduced scale, uniform temperature distribution, elongated refractory life and more.
In the morning, presentations were made about combustion methods which are used in iron and steel industry such as staged combustion, flameless combustion, oxygen enriched combustion, high velocity combustion and more. Also, participants are informed about the industrial burner design by using CFD analysis, combustion test furnaces and etc.
In the afternoon, participants were invited to our burner test facility and combustion methods which are described during the presentation were explained by testing Mildflame Flameless Low Nox Burner, MSB High & Medium Velocity Burner, MSB Flat Flame Burner and MSB Packaged Burner.
